TenderVerity collects selected public procurement notices, applies a customer-configured qualification model, and provides workflow and notification tools. Availability, coverage, and match quality are not guaranteed.

Customers must provide accurate account and billing details, protect credentials, use the service lawfully, and verify all procurement facts against the official source before acting.

Paid plans renew through the displayed billing provider. Cancellation takes effect at the paid-through date unless the provider indicates otherwise. Data is preserved after cancellation, while feature access returns to the applicable preview limits.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, TenderVerity is not responsible for missed, changed, ineligible, or unsuccessful procurement opportunities. Terms may be updated with reasonable notice.
