Data we process

We process account identity and email, organization membership, company matching preferences, tender workflow notes, notification preferences, subscription identifiers, and support messages.

Procurement notices originate from public official sources. We avoid copying unnecessary personal data into customer profiles or analytics.

Why and where

Data is used to authenticate users, calculate matches, deliver requested alerts, maintain billing access, prevent abuse, and support customers. Service providers may process data for hosting, email, error monitoring, and payments.

Control and retention

Notification preferences and unsubscribe links are available in the product. Account settings provide an immediate machine-readable export and a reviewed deletion request. Cancellation does not immediately delete customer data so a customer can resume service.

Abuse-prevention windows expire automatically. Product events are normally kept for 400 days, privileged audit records for 730 days, and job metrics and resolved alerts for 90 days. Billing and public procurement records may be kept longer for financial, legal, and source-audit obligations.

Questions and requests

Use the authenticated account settings for export and deletion requests. For privacy questions or requests that cannot be submitted from the product, use the TenderVerity contact form.
